Plant Guarantee

Sailers Greenhouse will warranty its trees, shrubs and evergreens for one year from the date of purchase, provided the plants were planted in the ground and cared for according to the growing instructions. Replacement plants can only be requested a single time.

Sailer’s Greenhouse does not warranty Boxwood, Roses, non-zone 4 hardy plants, seasonal flowers, annuals, perennials, grasses, house plants and any tropical plants or trees. 

Plants covered by this limited guarantee that die within the warranty period will be replaced on a one-time basis and have a replacement value no greater than the original price paid for the plant. Customer will be responsible for the cost difference if there is an increase in price the following year.

Plants purchased on sale are guaranteed to the sale price only. Any plant discounted 30% or more will no longer carry a warranty.

Proof of purchase is required and must be accompanied with the original receipt and original tags. No exceptions.

You will have to bring the warrantied item in for inspection. Pictures will not be accepted as proof. 

This guarantee does not cover death caused by vandalism, damage from sprays, or acts of nature such as animal damage, high winds, drought, flood, ice, snow. Sailer’s Greenhouse will not warranty any plant that has been subject to obvious neglect. Sailer’s has the right to void any guarantee if we feel there is an intent to defraud.
